Cement mixer pajamas. Enough said.
Uh, mommy and daddy, can I sleep in your bed tonight...and, uh, you two can sleep in my crib...that's romantic, right?
Hey, dude...I'm sweatered, jacketed, hooded, and ready...check me out...in the sandbox...or maybe in the new playground...or maybe...

Engineer Collin arrives at the Halloween party in the park, with whistle, of course...and curious bystanders...
Collin decorates pumpkin at the Mason Mill Park Halloween party! (random psychedelic background courtesy of Mother Nature and digital camera technology).
Having a grand ol' time at the Halloween party...is Engineer Little Mister Smiley.
Crafty Collin crafts creatively (a ghost with little pumpkins on its belly...nicey).
Engineer Collin notices a big black spider! (but still retain his calm, cool, curious demeanor)

[The maestro is at the piano.] "Let me now tell you about an amazing trip I took to British Columbia, Canada, using stream of consciousness verse inspired by Dada accompanied by disjointed harmonic movement with folk-pop undertones. Enjoy."
The train: where dreams come true (Collin in Vancouver, 2008).
2/3 of a rather musical fam in its own right listening to some slammin' girl rockers on the Seattle waterfront.
See the fishies. Be the fishies. Run around the aquarium at fast pace in seemingly every direction at once...in order to see and be more fishies...and dolphins...and belugas...and...hey, what's that...and what's that..and wha...?? (The Vancouver Aquarium rocks.)
"Catch me if you can, world...I'm late for another adventure!" (hangin' in Vancouver, 2008).
Collin and mama, waterside (Granville Island, Vancouver, June 2008).
Brilliant idea...a restaurant within a restaurant. (Collin and other chefs in a Vancouver restaurant, while mommy and daddy wait for the food.)
Hmmm. Do we like trains??!! Maybe??!! Let's say "Hi!" and shout it to the world!

Collin and his faithful companion (January 2008).
Collin and tabla (Jan 2008).
"Where to, Lion?"
"Even though my sweater's too big right now, I grow fast. Besides, Grandma Marcia put in all of that hard work, which makes it that much more special. Thanks, Grandma!"

Wasn't there some commercial...for Velveeta, perhaps? "It's the cheesiest!" (all smiles, and mac, Nov. 2007).
"Uh, where's my food?"
"The only way to achieve block-building perfection is to sit on Lion in the process." Thus Spoke Colliwaffles, son of Gimli.

Pensive? Curious? Ready for the next thing? Looking for cousin Mabel? (Collin, Lake Clear, NY, 2007)
Collin mit papa: "Uh, this guy's a bit crazy, and he keeps whispering in my ear about the aesthetics of the musical space and the relationship between ontology and ethics...but I'll keep him. He's hairy, makes funny sounds, and carries me around. Pretty sweet deal."
The two cousins taking their first bath together. Lots of fun. Lots of mess. Maybe too early too much for their respective mamas to bear...but it was fun trying...!
Yee haw. Kickin' it with the moms in my new mei tai baby carrier! Sweet! Go mommy, go! Hey, there's a trail o'er yonder...hard right!
Yay, yay, giddy up, giddy up, yay, yay, gid...wait a second...do I smell food??!!
Collin and Opa Sherm, reading, it would seem, one of Collin's favorite books, "Charlie Monkey" (July 2007)
